Shipping policy
STANDARD DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS (UK)
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days via Royal Mail or DHL. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that these delivery times are indicative. Due to external circumstances, such as carrier busyness or logistical delays, delivery may in some cases take slightly longer.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated and shown at checkout. The expected delivery time varies by country, usually between 6 and 15 business days.
Please note: your order may be subject to import duties or VAT when it arrives in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and not of Romy The Label.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are possible up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. In that case, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, excluding the cost of return shipping.
Did your order arrive damaged? We ask that you contact us within 3 days at romythelabelsupport@gmail.com, stating your order number and including a photo of the damaged item.
We assess each case individually, but always do our best to reach a suitable solution.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please note that we may need up to three business days to process your order, and this time may be added on top of the 2 to 6 business days shipping time for standard delivery. You will receive an email within five business days at the latest once your order has been shipped.
CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Did you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address? Then please contact us as soon as possible at romythelabelsupport@gmail.com. We can only change the address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
DELAYED PROCESSING, SHIPPING OR DELIVERY
Although we make every effort to process and deliver orders within the stated timeframes, these timeframes are indicative and no rights can be derived from them. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to, among other things but not limited to, busyness at delivery services, logistical problems, force majeure, weather conditions, strikes, customs inspections, technical failures or other external factors beyond our control.
Such delays do not give rise to any right to compensation, dissolution of the agreement or any other form of compensation, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If a delay occurs, we will make every effort to inform you about it as soon as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancelling an order is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please also note that in some cases orders may be processed or shipped even before this 24-hour period has expired. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned after receipt in accordance with our return policy.
